You can set the permissions to 755 and try again...use and ftp client to do it (or ssh if you know how). Are you sure you logged in with a username that has permission? Do you get that error when you log in as root?

This error show when I install a New component for joomla and the server create automatic any folders whit it need. And I cant change the CHMOD because I dont have insufficient permissions. this is a problem only when the server create a new folder.

You don't have permission even when you login as root?
