I called HostGator last night..
and I couldn't believe it.. someone answered the phone! I was waiting for one of them push 1 for sales, push 2 for support... la di da di da...
The 'thanks for holding' music sucked... man was it cheesy... but overall, no complaints  ... good stuff folks.
