C-Panel 11!

Hey HG!

Was wondering how-come cPanel 11 has not been put into effect yet?

I am using it on my other host, and it is amazing, so much cleaner, and has tutorials!

JW when/if this is going to be put into effect.

All the servers have been running cP11 for about 4months now.

You're probably configured to use the X skin. You need to ask HG to change your accounts skin to X3. Livechat can probably do this for you.

Seems i've been banned from using LiveSupport.

Also, Any idea why my dl's are capping at 20kb/s?

Isn't HG supposed to have 500kbs - 1.5mb/s connection?

You should be able to submit a ticket by emailing support (at) hostgator.com and could also try using the Live Chat option to ask to be switched to the X3 skin.
