Default Business Plan vs. Aluminum Reseller

I have in mind a single domain to run a vBulletin forum. I am curious about the resources available on the various plans.

Which would have better performance and more actual resources available for the single domain, the Aluminum Reseller plan or the Business shared plan.

I know the reseller plan costs twice as much, but this is only for one domain. Would the Business plan be adequate?

Thank you,
Jeff

if you will use one domain, then the both plans to have same limit of resources.

the resources are represented as a cpanel account.

In shared, all your domains / sites are limited to one cpanel user's resources; while in reseller you can set a cpanel account for each domain & make every domain have a cpanel account's limit.

for a single domain situation running what you hope will be a successul, thriving and busy forum, the unlimited (unmeterred) bandwidth of the business plan is probably more beneficial than the reseller. Plus you get the static IP and SSL as a premium!

... just thoughts.

If the forum is new, even a hatchling or baby plan would be enough. You can upgrade as and when required and it is very easy to upgrade. Unlimited Bandwidth doesnt matter, you will move to a VPS when you start using something like a few hundred GB per month.
