bulletin board tutorial
I set up a bulletin board it asked for a user name and pass word so I made new ones up
it replied an error. I went back and used my regular administration user name and pass word and it said it was already created. It shows an existing installation. but nothing is up yet. How long does it take? I have no idea what it looks like it would be nice to have an example.

It should be up instantly once you complete the installation. Unless it was a brand new domain also, in which case you obviously have to wait for the doamin to propagate.
What sort of bb was it? Did you install it via Fantastico?
