bug & project control installing

I would like to install and use some project control (bug & issue tracking) for software developer team.
Ideally also coneected with subversion (svn).

I don't know if these type of software can be "easily" installed in one domain in my shared/reseller account here in hostgator.
if not, I would install in one internal machine.

I don't know ANY about it, then I'm lookin for anybody that can helpme.
Of course I can accept some (little) price for the help.

You need to use stuff based on PHP and/or MySQL. Is your stuff like that?

And what is the "subversion - sbv" you speak of?

Could you give me some more details here, I am sure you can get whatever to work and for sure some folks here on forum will fix stuff and do work for very fair rates of pay.
