Branded Telephone / Email Support
One major company in Europe notorious for CRAP hosting, crap support, morons working for them and the ability to generate intense feelings of pure hatred towards it, aka Fasthosts had one thing going for it (that I never used) - the ability to sign up for branded support options
For a monthly fee they would offer telephone and email support branded to John Q customer's liking... e.g instead of answering the phone with 'welcome to Hostgator Technical Support'... it'd be 'Welcome Screaming Dervish Technical Support' I'm sure there'd be people willing to pay for that here on Hostgator, in order to free up time.

Come to think of it Brent...
You'd make millions happy in Europe and would be a solid investment and customer base if you just bought Fasthosts. They take care of 1million domains... don't know how many actual websites. I think you should do it.
