Bonus Gig?

Your reseller plan page says you get a bonus Gig on all the plans. Does that mean that the listed space includes the bonus gig, or is that extra. For instance, the Copper plan says you get 3,000mb. Is it normally 2,000 but you get a gig free, or do we get 4,000mb?

The bonus GB is already included in the plan package. We should probably remove that text, as I agree that it can be confusing.

You're the final judge, and whatever you say,...goes...but that's certainly not what is stated there in your reseller plans package...and that statement has been there some time.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but nine out of ten people would look at it from the point of view that what's in the table (2000/3000/4000mb) is always there and what you're offering for a limited period of unstated time as mentioned in bold red lettering above, is 1gig extra on all plans for life, and as such, some of us may have planned our package offerings based on this presumption.

I certainly read that as 2000/3000/4000/etc/mb + 1gig

However, it's how you interpret it as you have the final say, and if I'm wrong, please correct me and would suggest that you alter your wording to make it less ambiguous, if such is the case.

You're right, it is confusing...and maybe a little misleading. That bonus gig was one (of many)of the reasons I decided on HostGator because I thought I was getting 4 but paying for 3 gigs. Don't get me wrong though, I'm still very satisfied so far!
