it is fine, as long as the links to the rapidshare are of legal files. meaning files you have the copyright or have the permission to put it online

if you have the copyright of the content, than there is no problem! but if you upload other's MP3s then I do believe that you will get a warning & then if you don't delete those files your account will be suspended.
