Twice now I've received a totally blank email with high importance from billing@hostgator.com. What is this about? I've pre-paid my account for an entire year. Can someone at least fix the bug or tell me what's going on?

Hi,
Please disregard this email as it was sent due to an error in our billing system. This error causes a blank email to be sent when a new invoice is created. In the future, please disregard any additional blank emails you may receive. Our developers are in the process of creating a new billing system which should be launched very soon. |

it is a bug in the system that I have reported a while ago... every now n then I get one too!!

Heh ok. Doesn't really inspire confidence if it's been going on for years. I run a small business myself, and doing something like that would probably cause half my customers to lose faith.

When i need to pay my invoice i usually get blank emails.. never reported it.

I always get blank statements since I got hostgator. No subject, no body. Just
billing@hostgator.com to me |

Hmmm, I guess I would prefer to get a blank billing than to get one for $1,000,000.00 !!!
