I received a high priority email from the above address today. The subject and body were blank.
Should I be concerned? |

Do not be surprised with this, it is a very long unresolved issue with HostGator billing software. (more than 2 years long...)
The blank eMail is normally sent when you are due for your next payment. Just go to "support" and login to "Billing system" and check your informations there... |

At this time, we are aware of an issue with the Billing system sending blank emails. They seem to be going out blank when it should be a payment confirmation. If you'd like to log in and check out your invoices or print a receipt of payment, you are welcome to at https://secure.hostgator.com/billing by logging in with your primary email address and billing password. Ok thanks everyone. I did log into my billing and everything is just fine. Hostgator is having no problems taking my money.

Too bad we can't have an error were the billing software issues us blank invoices or ones with ZERO's in the due box, and we all get a month of free service.
