Black Hole - Impossible to get out

I'll try to make this a short and sweet as possible.
I work for an ISP so I know a little about hosting and customer service. Think twice about your hosting...cheap isnt always best.

On 2.10.2008 I requested to have ASP access for my site. Ticket ID QFU-2415495 I guess asking a few questions about the process puts your request into a black hole.

I did manage to get the ASP request canceled last night (3 months later) thanks to request FDD-2668053 - A request submitted 5.22.2008 to cancel my account.

Here is some of the chat from last night (5.25.2008 9:54pm)- trying to cancel my account

"Teddy H: You should receive a reply within an hour or less"
"Teddy H: I apologize for that"
"Teddy H: I will make sure this does not happen again"
"Me: Its not your fault. I appreciate the help-I hope the rest goes smoothly"
"Teddy H: Yes"
"Teddy H: As I have stated, I have spoke with our associate"
"Teddy H: You will have a response and everything will be taken car e of in a timely manor"

My account is still active as of this morning 5.26.2008 10:39am
Third time is a charm...

You should have received a response when the ticket was replied to this morning when the cancellation took place. I went ahead and replied to it again with the last response that was sent by our cancellations department.

I never received notification to my GMail account of either ticket updates. I did receive notice of reply to this thread to the same email account - After logging into the support area (using same email account) I see the replies. Will the cancellation be effective 5/22?
