An error in the billing system today caused it to send emails to a subset of our clients. These emails should be empty, and can be disregarded.

I got an email today from you saying my card failed - again. Last month it failed because your system didn't recognise the expiry date change, so with the help of billing redid the form with full details, now this again. Is this email an error or your system messed up? It is that time of the month again (billing time), but with this announcement ... And you also say "should be empty"
I want to be charged automatically every month to my credit card, it was like this but now it seems I have to manually pay it, a real pain in the rear. |
