2 years in hostgator, and no problems at all....
Any problems that i had on transfers solved quick by live chat or ticket...less than 24 hours.
Never used the phone support yet!

Any sciprts tested on HG all working great, and never disapoint me.
Also i have to say that what i like most is the Cpanel.

Finaly i have to say that before hostgator i was in 3 different hosting companies last 5 years ( i don't wanna name thems now ) with bad support, and bad services at all!!!!
