beyond satisfied
I switched to host gator from another about six months ago. when I was transferring my domain, I called customer service and spoke with a real live person in America who helped me with my transfer problems.
I'm also thrilled to be hosted by a company that is offsetting its server's power usage with renewable energy. host gator is supporting American energy independence. cool! they have logos with windmills and gators and I'm adding one to a new website soon to be rolled out. I found this out thanks to email support that had a complete response in under 24 hrs. great work!
