Positive Better service with live chat.

In the past, I have not had great success with the live chat operators. This was not a problem because I always had problems fixed through Justin or email support. I just used the live chat and spoke with Monica who was very friendly, she fixed my problem, and let me know when there was going to be an extended time of silence. This is a vast improvement over what I have seen in the past and is a trend that I hope will continue.

Overall, I have been very pleased with HG service. There were a few kinks but they seem to take customer suggestions to heart and improve the service month after month. Additionally, I appreciate HG's candor when dealing with customer issues. Even though I have not seen the problems that the people on Jeep or Chrysler have, I can see how they handle problems and I am more than confident that they will be able to handle any problem that arises. This is a LOT more than I can say for my previous hosts.
