Everytime i uses your guys support. Its slow, and does my head in, becasue i have to wait, like 10 minuets.... Also every time i try and use the support on your, website it kicks me off.

But msn support, is so slow! Please have it, so it does fast replys, becasue if i have to go, rigth then and want to pop in a quick question thats been on my mind all day, id like to have it answerd right then - not wait, for like 1 hour and then have it, replyed to.

Please do something about this

And also, please fill your staff members, with all the hosting information, becasue most of the time when i ask a question they tell me to email sales, which is like 98% of the questions i ask i have to email sales.

Our support has vastly improved over the past several months, and will continue to do so until EVERYONE is happy. Of course we will never acheive such a goal, but we'll never stop trying. I promise.

Thanks for the comment, now how about creating an account so we can more easily track our customer issues and suggestions?

Well you must understand that HostGator is quite a large company so it can take some time for replys. Although, 1 hour is a bit long.

1 hour is a bit long? Brent and Ben stop by from time to time, but for the most part it is just me here on the forums. Contrary to popular belief, I am a human being and require at least *some* daily sleep, so I would say that a 1 hour wait for this reply is pretty darn good.

Also, if anyone is never receiving a quick enough reply on the forums, they have plenty of other options, such as email, AIM, ICQ, MSN, Live Chat, and even phone.

I think you misunderstood justin. I was saying an hour on live support. Not the forums.

I have found support to be VERY good here. I prefer email and response has been quite good. I consider anything under an hour more than adequate. It is usually much faster than that. I had an email problem several weeks ago. After several exchanges where I couldn't seem to get my point accross, I called the phone support line. Brent (The owner?) answered and was most helpful. The problem was resolved within minutes. Quite impressive for a company that has 70+ servers and 100s or 1000s of customers.

Just my 2 cents worth.
