Our support has vastly improved over the past several months, and will continue to do so until EVERYONE is happy.

Well you must understand that HostGator is quite a large company so it can take some time for replys. Although, 1 hour is a bit long.

I have found support to be VERY good here. I prefer email and response has been quite good. I consider anything under an hour more than adequate. It is usually much faster than that. I had an email problem several weeks ago. After several exchanges where I couldn't seem to get my point accross, I called the phone support line. Brent (The owner?) answered and was most helpful. The problem was resolved within minutes. Quite impressive for a company that has 70+ servers and 100s or 1000s of customers.
Just my 2 cents worth. |
