After a long and punishing business relationship with another web host, we switched to Hostgator with much reservation.

We have had AMAZING service with Hostgator. We get replies to tickets in a matter of minutes and they actually answer the question instead of blabbing and avoiding it.

We are a Reseller with probably more demands/requirements than personal hosting...and WE get this high level of service. I can only imagine how well they do with the 'less demanding' clients they have.

We truly can't thank you enough for the incredible service and the professionalism you provide.
