Best Way for Buying and Selling Sites
I've been making websites and selling them. So far I have been buying a month to month plan for each new site, selling it, and then telling the buyer they must get their own hostgator hosting. Then we have hostgator transfer the site to their account.
This works, but I am wondering if there might be a simpler way instead off having to buy new hosting each time and then canceling it's account each time? thanks in advance...

Purchase a Reseller Account, then charge your customers monthly for hosting after the first month. Each customer would then get their own cPanel.
Alternatively, you could get a VPS/dedicated server and do the same thing but that would be a bigger cost per month.
