Best option for radio webcast

We are opening new radio station and would like to add online streaming from the get go, preferably with WMA encoder, so I was wondering what would be the best option for Windows Media Streams 24x7?

We thought about dedicated server, but bandwidth is sorta small, seems like business shared plan is a better solution (space/traffic wise).

Technically, is it possible/doable to do this within business plan?

Best to email sales at hostgator dot com to verify that this activity is allowed on a shared server. The load may cause problems for your neighbors on a shared server.
