4-5yrs of different hosting companies.

I've finally found a place that i don't need to worry about.

4-5months of service, 4-5months with no downtime.(on reselelr package)

Great speeds on the server everything is pretty fine.

I find support pretty good. I use the ticket system mainly. Iguess thats because i've been with many hosts and work in support enviroment and also understand that any failures are hard to fix. When you have alot of other tasks to complete.

Most of my tickets get answered in under 30mins. In fact the replies usually quite helpful. If Support don't understand what i require they reply asking for more information and not guessing what i want and doing it wrong. I like the service and support and love known that i have good support even if things do go wrong.

The new blog site looks pretty awesome keeping your members upto date with everything is great move.

Well done and thanks for the service.

Please make sure you don't let it go down hill like so many other hosts.
