Neutral Been pretty much happy with HG

I given a neutral not so much in for the fact they they have not done a good job at fixing problems that have arisen but manly for the number of problems.

Misc problems with the cpanelhost to cpanel host transfer but all else is well.

Small lie by sales deparment saying fanstatico would work right with currently installed fanstatico apps from previous cpanel host. ( just not true found out by asking around) basicly making fanstatico useless for me as I have to manual update everything now. More a hassle than any thing else,as the upgrading is usually easy.

Aol round 1: could not send email to aol users because ThePlanet had allow spamers on there network and refused to do anything about it ( according to aol ) HG fixed that even though it took 2 weeks.

Aol Round 2: Aol blacklist theplanet again this time only took HG a couple of days to clear it up or aol fixed it them selves.

Then on to my my compalints

Refusal to even consider postgresql that some customers might need a more robust sql server which out haivng to wait forever for mysql 5 to be production ready which is no where near.

Cpanel, well I am against cpanel find it be bloated and slow. Give a locked down shell account any day over cpanel.

but this is really a short list , I have not had any serious problems with host gator. and they have always been very quick to handles things or at the very list adressed them.
