Been with HostGator Since 2006 -- Still A Happy Customer
March 2010 will make four years since I have been a reseller with Host Gator and I am still as happy as the day when i switched from my previous host who was set to evil lol.
Their customer support is knowledgeable and helpful, and they are always there!!! Most recently, Samuel H. provided me with a solution that saved me a considerable amount of time. He was courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Great service as usually. While my client base is small, whenever I have a problem my server or any other issues, I typically had a resolution within 4 or less hours. Keep up the amazing work Host Gator!!!
