Been down since signing up [resolved]

Not so sure this will be the place for me, site has been down since signing up and switching nameservers.

I requested one time for info on getting my site moved and have been sent 4 separate ticket requests to fill out.

I've switched the nameservers back to the old host in hopes being able to access the site and let the members use the forum once again.

Sounds like Host Gator is a great place but it's hard to give a positive review when nothing has worked for 3 days.

Here's hoping that will change...

PDD-351098 and PCK-853375 - These tickets are information on how to transfer your site that you requested.

SOD-380610 and PMJ-587406 - These are duplicate transfer requests in the transfer department and are both currently open.

If you changed DNS before you received confirmation that your site was transferred, then that would be the reason why your site is not loading for you right now. As soon as the transfer goes through this should be working for you fine.

Ok, just now had time to update....

Everything's working fine and yep, at blazing speeds! Turns out there was a 'catch' with the old host that neither the Support team here or I knew about and that made it look like nothing was being done.

I stand corrected, Host Gator has been Grade A and I'm glad to make the correction publicly!
