Hi,
I'm having troubles with accounts in my reseller plan (barracuda server). I can receive emails but not to send to some address. How can this be solved? thanks, Kati |

HG automatically starts resolving these problems as they happen. You don't need to do anything. However, it will take up to a week or longer to removed from the blacklist. Until then you will not be able to send mail to some addresses.
There is no easy solution to this problem as HG doesn't control the black lists. If it is important enough to you, semidedicated accounts rarely get blacklisted and dedicated servers almost never get blacklisted. |
