barracuda is back online, site preformance will be slow for the next few hours as it rebuilds the RAID array.

The server is online, responding to DNS queries and serving pages. If you cannot connect to a domain hosted on the server, please open a ticket with some example domains that are not displaying as well as your desktop's IP as shown at:

http://hostgator.com/myip.php

All my domains are not loading, and they were checked from several locations. My costumer are starting to complain... HELP

Still no access to all my domains. The names do not even resolve. This appears to be going on for hours! My phone is ringing off the wall! HELP! (yes a ticket is entered, yes it lists the domains - well some of them.... too many to remember.)

The server went down yersterday at night (9 something) it's been more than 12 hours now!
i had a live chat qwith a technician, that guys was on street:

Here is what i was just told. The sites are all being restored. My sites are supposedly up and viewable by tech support but they are still not resolving externally. This may just be a DNS issue for me. The restore process is not completed as of yet.

Hello,

The server is not only rebuilding it's RAID array it's actually also under a DDoS at the same time. I'm making changes currently to make the server perform better for you guys. Thanks for bearing with us.
