Banner tracking software

Ok, finally got a client wanting to put ad banners on his sites.
Any recomendations on what software to use to track impressions, cpm, billing, logs, etc....
Something I can setup on my main server domain so I can use it for all my clients? Without a large learning curve, php/mysql.....

There is one in fantastico which is fairly good. I forgot what its called tho.

It's was called phpAdsNew. It has since been renamed to Openads.
The latest version can be found here: http://www.openads.org/

I haven't tried it myself, but it looks promising.
