Hello, I already opened this as a ticket at Autopilot support but yet to get any replies or acknowledgement. Please who knows what to do here?

I installed the version 3 ok but I have some issues. I dont want to use any Credit card payment gateway. I only want the option of displaying bank transfer/deposit details at the end of the order. I saw someone say that there is a mail-in option here at the forums but I have searched through all the admin panel and cant find any such option. Please how can you help?

Also under order profiles, I dont have the "Extended Profile configuartions : main profile" as you have it in the WHMAutopilot screencasts. Please why could that be?

You misunderstand the topic.

I am already a Hostgator customer. This is a subforum for the WHM Autopilot software which Hostgator offers with their reseller hosting.

I need to state here also that Brandee Diggs , the owner and founder of Auto Pilot has been very helpful and gave me great support on this issue and its already resolved. The Wire Transfer payment gateway is now working perfectly for me.
