Hi,
I just had a quick question. We're a reseller for you guys and I was wondering if there is a way to change the email address on who receives the bandwidth exceeded emails? I know it currently just goes to the email address on the account, but I wasn't sure if you can either have more than one email address on the account??? Because I know that the contact person on the domain gets an email on it, but we do as well since we administer the server. The email address that I would want to change is the administrative email account. Toby |

Yes you can, on Shared Accounts for sure, and I believe a Reseller Account would work the same way.
Go to cPanel -> Preferences -> Update Contact Info (for the Account you wish to "monitor") You can add a second email address to receive notifications when you exceed the 3 limits mentioned on that page. I'm not 100% certain that that will work as I outlined for a Reseller's customer accounts, but it should since I'm really just a customer of a Reseller (Hostgator) myself. |
