I have a resellers account. How long after I upgrade an accounts bandwidth does the "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" notice get removed? Also the stats show only 1 gig used, but the domain has 25 gig limit? How can I see the same stats that are being used to monitor the accounts? Thanx...

as soon as you upgrade the account the bandwidth exceeded will be removed. It's instant. And as far as the stats I dont know what stats your looking at.
Login to your WHM not cpanel and check out his usage from there that is the correct usage.
