Backup Question

I went into cpanel to download a backup and I noticed the following message at the top:

cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module.

Any idea what's up with that?

I have been having some problems with my stats and bandwidth display showing up in all my cpanel accounts and hostgator messed with it and fixed it for the most part. I was just wondering if this was related in any way? If I should try downloading the backup anyway, I don't want to get my stats and bandwidth messed up again.

Which Cpanel skin are you using?

All are using the original setup the x theme.

Never bothered switching them, not even sure what the difference is in the other themes are anymore.

I used to be able to download a backup, but hadn't went to do it again until now. And since they were fixing my stats/bandwidth display.

I'm on lexus, using RVSkin, and have the same message. Didn't try yet if the backups work though.
