Just set up my hosting site quickly using the templates, has anyone any advice on good places to promote this to start getting users?

i have already set up a google ad camplain, but google isnt the world is it.

I dont want to have to pay much untill i start getting signups.

You put a banner on your site, every 3 view's worth 2 views of your banner on another site!
