Hi everyone...while I am new to HostGator, I am not new to the rewards of having a team of people that do their jobs well. Outside of being a reseller, I am a Tower Crane Operator in Chicago on the highrises and I also own a Recording Studio,Cold Sweat-Chicago.. http://www.coldsweat-chicago.com/index.php . I was a reseller and left IntegrityHost.com for the same reasons I am writing this note. Customer Service and/or the lack of! HostGator has made me feel very welcome here in the short time I have been. From a week before making my switch I was in contact with them and they gave me an answer to every question I had. Not only that but had it within an hour of asking & most times sooner. It was not till today they really proved their worth though. I had fought for weeks with Integrity about the cURL, mod_SSL and open_SSL installations and their lack of answering any question. After finally getting something done I purchased the Dedicated IP and an SSL from them. That took another 2 weeks from the purchase to get installed. Problem #1 with the SSL, after purchasing, they tried to send me somewhere to again purchase one. Prob#2, after straightening that mess out they put it in THEIR name! Prob#3...their problem, I emailed HostGator. Brent & Ben were great and walked me thru the whole mess setting everything up. Today as I said I found HG's worth. The team at HG took the botched SSL I had paid Integrity for & installed it in minutes. It isn't just there. For the first time, I have no errors & my linkpoint gateway works great! Something Linkpoint wasn't even sure would happen with osCommerce. Anyway, I just want to say Thanks to All of you at HG for making this experience a good one. I do not know all your names yet but Brent, Ben, Monica and Martin, please thank the rest for me. It so far has been my pleasure!

This is really just an update for you at HG in sales and support. As I had not looked in Fantastico since joining you I decided that since this cpanel was an upgrade for me I should. There is a "Zen Cart" in there. It is from what I have just seen a highly upgraded version of osCommerce. LinkpointAPI is a problem with osc. It works out of the box with the module for it installed in Zen. Also my botched SSL from Integrity in osc didn't quite read right as the lock had a small line thru it although closed and osc said I was not protected. In Zen, the SSL works with the lock displayed correctly. I thought this may be of interest to you in the tech end for future reference as the forums in osCommerce are full of problems with this gateway & Linkpoint themselves tend to point troubleshooting to either osCommerce or the host as they donot support the mod.
