Awesome Hostgator! but...

I am clueless when it comes to computers and websites, but I've managed to fumble my way through it for over a year now. On the two times I needed help, the staff were courteous and pleasant, and very helpful. So thank you. I apologize for not getting their names.

If I had an issue, it would be that Hostgator's new domain registry isn't here yet. I'm going to start recommending Hostgator as an affiliate, but not until the domain registration price comes down. We keep hearing that it will happen "very soon," and yet we keep waiting. I have no idea what it takes to run a company such as this, or what it takes to get that registry going, so believe me when I say I'm not complaining (just... waiting, impatiently).

Keep up the good work everyone. This is one customer who appreciates the customer service.

Thank you for your patience with the registrar as well. I know it's been "very soon" now for a little while, but we're taking the time needed to make sure it's going to be nothing short of perfect. When it is ready though, I'm certain your experience with it will have been worth the wait.
