Awaiting Activation...

My user account seems to be awaiting activation. Does anyone have any idea why or how I can activate it? After signing up, I already followed the link. Does someone physically have to do something with my account here?

I registered here before becoming a customer; when I bought hosting just now, I used a different username and e-mail (username: flak). I'm not sure how that would be automatically screened. Could I have this forum account activated, please?

Remember, your forum username has no relationship to your HG account username. That's why when your forum membership is activated, you may need to supply the domain connected to your HG account, so the correlation can be made by a human.

It's a good idea, in fact, to keep your forum username different from your account username.
