We are on the Avenger server and our site and all of our resold sites are down. This is the 4th day in a row that this has happened.

Yes, it is. All of my sites are down too and this is also the fourth day in a row this has happened. I just created a ticket about it. Let's hope they get things squared away soon!

The server is again down. I put in a support ticket again. Listen, I might be dumb but I think after 4 days is issues with the same server you might want to consider moving us to another one. Some of us are loosing money and have unhappy customers. I appreciate your fast response when this happens but it does does hide the fact that their appears to be something bigger with the server going on.

All of our sites are down again. I hate to complain, but when I have all of my resold clients calling me to compalin I have to pass it on.
Since this is the 4th day in a row that this has happened what can be done to fix it so this does not happen anymore? Move us to a new server possibly? |

I have just requested this for my company too. This seems to be more of a reactionary handling of these problems instead of being proactive.
I have been very happy with hostgator, but these last couple of days have been getting trying. Quote:

The server is now back online and has been stable for about 1 hour now. We are currently testing all hardware to see what is causing this. If we are forced to replace any hardware, a new post will be made in the forums. Please make sure to email support@hostgator.com if you are currently having any issues.

I pesonally do not have a lot of faith in the server. I would really like to be moved off of it to a different one. I have placed a support ticket with sales about this.

Great. Its down again! What's going on? Is the data safe on the server with all the file system problems you've been having? Any chance of data corruption?
Please work on this with due diligence, I'm lucky my biggest client hasn't noticed his sites are down yet. |
