avalanche status

avalanche recently kernel panic'ed and is currently fsck'ing /home at this time. We'll let you know when the machine comes back online and we can investigate further if anything else looks out of place on this machine. Thanks.

avalanche's memory appears to be bad. We're currently fsck'ing home while our datacenter gets memory for the swap ready and the fsck is at 9.1%

The fsck is complete we're having our datacenter swap out the memory in the server at this time.

all of my sites are down, 404 error, no ftp capability, no cpanel now, I called your service center and a new tech support employee said to check this thread. Is this my problem? when can I expect it to be resolved? Would appreciate it, thank you.

The sites are back online at this time, the memory has been swapped out and /home is mounted. Let us know if you see any further issues on the server. Thanks.

Not sure if you have done this but if there are problems on the server you should contact support. I would suggest Live Chat so that they can check quickly. This is a peer support forum and we do not have access to the servers.

Actually, it was tech support that told me to come here. Which I thought was rather strange myself as I have never been directed to the forums before for support.
