Default Autopilot V3 install

I'm installing V3 of autopilot and I've completed the install PDF instructions, but the client stuff doesn't work, what am I missing?

I found two folders in the HG zip file, client and admin. I installed AP and admin works fine, but nothing in client will work.

You can open ticket here: http://www.whmautopilot.com/support/

Yes, many, many times. Seeing as you pointed to that as the problem, I did upload it a few more times and finally solved the problem by trial and error.

Have you done this? I've not had much luck with them.

Yes, I have. 15 tickets, sometimes it takes them a long time to reply.

I've found that when they answer, its useless anyway. I've put in three tickets and each time wondered why I wasted my time.

I've never had a really bad install problem, but I just can't figure out why I would have to go through all of the emails and put in my email address. You'd think that setup could do that. In fact, the whole setup is silly. I hate autopilot. If there was something better, that wasn't modern bill, I'd use it.

It is Beta and I will wait a long time before making it work again. Email in a template was a weird thing to do also, a long process.

Maybe I will go with modernbill for myself but because I am in Canada, I have some problem with batch processing(having more than one item at the same time in checkout) so still waiting also that Modernbill will think of me as a Canadian mini hosting provider to get something taht works with multiple items lol

More issues....

I'm adding my customers and copying their info over from WHM, but I'm not sure how to reset their dates so that they come due at the right time. I've done one account and it looks like it was paid up, when that account has an outstanding balance.

How did everyone sync their billing?
