I just signed up for the reseller account and started navigating through the WHMAutoPilot. I am new to this whole thing and had a few questions about the way things are billed and how payments are made.
1) After a customer creates an order from the forms at my website, how will I know if a payment was made? (with PayPal or Authorize.net) 2) After creating a non-hosting service and invoicing the client, how does he pay it? When I log in as the client I can see the pending invoice but I don't see a link to pay online. |

1) You should get an email when a new client signs up, and you should notice a new client in your admin area.
2) There should be a link to pay in their client area. Also, if I am not mistaking, an invoice should be emailed to them.
