Ive been on VPS level 3 for about a year now. If I remember correctly the plan said that there would be a weekly automatic backup of the website(s). I yet have to find where this backup is located and where I can download it. Unless I misunderstood something or need to set something up first? I still do manual backups via my cpanel but if dont really need to do that then I want to know. If there really is an automatic backup, does it include everything? Thanks.

Thanks striddy but that link doesnt contain the details I was really asking for. All it says is: "Do I get weekly backups? Yes. VPS users get weekly, automated, off-site backups."
Ok, great. But where exactly are they? Cant I access and download them? Do I need to contact customer support first before getting access or have them restore something?
