Default Auto account setup w/o auto billing

Can WHMAP be used to automate the account setup function but skip the autobilling functionality?

It seems most of the problems identified in all these threads have to do with not being able to get some aspect of the billing to work properly, and all I really need is the accounts to be set up.

Opinions?

It is a billing software more than an account generation software. If you are not going to use the billing/tracking functions, then it isn't a good choice for you. Making it do anything strange like that is difficult.

I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to do, why do you even need it? Can't you just generate your accounts from cpanel?

I'm partnering with a company about to launch a Spring marketing campaign, and I hope to be swamped with low-end website customers looking for "one-click" site creation built with a small selection of templates.

If things go as I hope, I won't be able to be responsive enough. Or else I'll just be really sad...

If you are looking for a nice easy 16-20 click system, then AP is great. What you need is a very simple system, like WHM.

If you use the cpanel class, you can create a routine that builds whole accounts in about one click. That would be the best way to go. If you can't figure it out yourself, I'd be glad to build it for you...
