Audi Server Problems?

Are there Audi server problems happening here and there? Some of my customers have noticed that they can't get on their pages one minute and then the next they can. Any news is better than no news. Keep us up to date please.

I am experiencing problems on AUDI also. Many of my customers cannot send/receive email. Also websites ar intermittently down. What is going on?

I have been informed by support that there was a high load on AUDI and the server was rebooted and all should be well now. They didn't elaborate on what caused the high load but hopefully it wont reoccur.

I am still seeing this issue on 2 of my sites.
4 out of 10 pages did not load.

I don't understand why anyone from HostGator hasn't replied on this issue? I haven't contacted tech support directly, but isn't this forum supposed to be monitored by staff to answer questions on issues such as this?

Audi is fine it just needed a reboot due to someone crashing it. If anyones having any problems please put a ticket in with us.

Because this is a "Peer Support Forum", not a "I'll get an answer right away from Hostgator forum."
