Audi down?

I can't get to any of my sites, and traceroutes are dying at:

gi1-0-2.car11.dllstx4.theplanet.com [67.19.255.170]

i've noticed this problem since last night...

i was finally able to get into cpanel, the server stats show:
panellogd failed
syslogd up
named up
cpsrvd failed
imapup exim-26 up
pop up
exim (exim-4.63-1_cpanel_maildir) up
spamd up
eximstats failed
mysql (4.1.21-standard) failed
ftpd failed
httpd (1.3.37 (Unix)) failed

Some services reporting as failed is common after a reboot.
