To those of you still missing anything at all from Acura, we at HostGator would like to request that you submit a ticket via our Support site at http://support.hostgator.com/ . You may also email support@hostgator.com . If we don't receive a ticket to address the issue, we won't be aware that there is an issue on your account specifically. Please, kindly, do not say "all my accounts". This will add to resolution time. If you can list every account/site affected directly, we can get the issues fixed for you much more quickly. Please include in the subject line the following: "Acura: (your primary domain name)" In the text of the ticket, please include the sites and problems. Please list each site, the username, and its problems separately. Example: joe.com -- joe All email accounts missing. bob.com -- bob Accounts missing from WHM. Cannot receive email. (If multiple sites are affected, please indicate which sites are having which problems. If you jumble it all together, we won't be able to help you without asking for clarification which adds to the resolution time.) We appreciate your patience as we have worked diligently to restore everything for you. Please understand that if there is a problem with your account, we need you to tell us about it via a ticket.
