Well I was going to refer someone here that needs a Dedicated server....
But if this is the service you get....... NOT!!!!!

I will look around, it is sad, because if the owner knew how his forum was being run, I bet there would be a whole new crew in here.

I sure can understand your frustration with not being able to see all of the different support forums here at hostgator.

I do not understand why you would start looking elsewhere just because of that. Or not refer anyone to hostgator because of it.<shrugs>

In my honest opinion, the forums are quite low on my priority list. I visit them everyday (sometimes more than once a day) but to honestly get so upset about it that you are quite angry, I just dont understand why you would get so angry.

This is a peer support forum, not part of HG's support system. You can still use the ticket system, phone system or chat system to get support. The forum is just something extra that they do and not having access to it shouldn't prevent you from doing anything that you need to do. If you have a question that you can't see the answer to, then ask, someone will answer it.

The funny thing is that I see you asking questions and getting answers in other threads, so I don't see what you are so worried about.
