Attention! HostGator Management, Please Help...

I logged into the Peer Support Forum but It would not let me post, so here I am again!

Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience. I really did not want to post this But, I have been working on this problem since I signed up to shared hosting with HostGator on Friday April 21st. How many hours is that? In reading lotsa great things and researching HostGator well, I'm hoping things do come together real soon.

HostGator support has assisted me a little but I'm still waiting for my SiteStudio Login and Password. I have setup Squirrel Mail and I have been using another family members email. I have submitted the following form a couple times http://hostgator.com/sitestudio.php The same message came up both times, saying we'll get back to you in 24hrs...

Also, I don't understand why a HostGator charge went through on my Visa for April as I signed up using a coupon code offering a free month of hosting so I expected hosting charges to start from May 21st. If you need the information to support the offer I can send you the details. Please let me know. I do understand and appreciate that there are problems sometimes and I hope you do get this resolved and let me know why this is taking so long.

Ben from HostGator has resolved the problems. Thanks again Ben! If anyone here is planning to use SiteStudio, once it is activated you use the same login and password as your cpanel. Some misinformation caused some of the delay in activation and use but everything is activated and working fine now. With all my research on HostGator, I still feel that HostGator is one of the best to go with.
