Hi, guys! I had two accounts at SiteMount, but have cancelled with them due to their navigation just not being "easy" for me. They also use the Plesk software, which I came to quickly not like. I've always liked the CPanel software. I just wanted to say thanks for making it easy for us to set up new accounts (you're probably thanking yourselves for that one, LOL) AND to navigate the administration tools. Hopefully, God forbid it ever happens, you guys make it just as easy for someone to cancel his or her accounts to move on elsewhere. We all know that Web Masters are the equivalent of nomads. <img>
