Ask for Dedicated Servers

Hello

I have some ask for Dedicated Server...Perhaps I will take from Plain Swamp to Dedicated

Now..:
Is possible choose wich O.S install on it?
Is I buy "Basic (Best Deal)" Server, and then I need of more RAM or HD Space or Bandwith, Can I add it? How much it cost?
Or I must necessary take to next Server more strong? (Ex. Standard)
Servers are managed right? But Can I ask you or Install me whatever Mod, Cache Mod, or am I limited?

You can choose the OS that you want, but if you want to use cPanel/WHM you need to stick with CentOS.
