Exclamation apache usage excessive - by lyron

Hi, one of my accounts(i am a reseller) Has been suspended because of this reason "apache usage excessive - by lyron".
This accounts uses only a topsites script,Topsites scripts are very common nowdays,Also doesn't use Any email feature,So it cannot be blamed for spam,
Offcourse a TOPSITES SCRIPT with 150 websites members use about 5GIGS/months.
My question is: What is the LIMIT for apache usage? If there is a limit i think we must know it.So we can arrange for an extra payment in this case.
Also i want to ask this question:
We pay every month for 50 gigs monthly transfer. We can use them or not?
Or every time one of our websites uses 3-4 gigs/month it will be suspended for "apache usage excessive" reasons?
We are willing to pay more if this is the problem, but we need reliable hosting services.
Please if anyone has a personal opinion on the policy of hostgator on this subject let me know..

The only time we suspend a site for something such as that is if it is getting so many requests that it is crashing Apache and making the server unusable.
