Anyone who use CDG Commerce?

I'm trying to find out if anyone here utilizes the internet merchant services from CDG Commerce. I've been reading a lot of reviews on them, and so far it is good but would like to ask a few questions to people who actually use them. Please post or PM me if you do. Would appreciate it, thanks.

Reading the post from Slapshotw, he says they are still using them.

We *have used them for quite a while* and *continue to use them*. We didn't stop. I'm still quite happy.

We did our first transaction with them through their built in virtual terminal and it was a smooth process. Their support times have been fast and they are always very patient and helpful with the millions of questions we have been bombarding them with. So far the experience is great, the next step is building the form to accept the credit card processing on our website.
